DogHouse Farms Loyalty Rewards Program

1. Eligibility

The DogHouse Farms Loyalty Rewards Program (“Program”) is open only to individuals 21 years of age or older, as required under the Michigan Regulation and Taxation of Marihuana Act (MRTMA), and who are legally permitted to purchase adult-use cannabis in the State of Michigan. Participation is void where prohibited by law.
By enrolling, you confirm that you meet all eligibility requirements.

2. Enrollment

To participate, you must enroll through an authorized DogHouse Farms signup method and provide accurate and complete information. Membership is personal and non-transferable.
DogHouse Farms reserves the right to refuse, suspend or terminate participation at any time for misuse, fraud or violation of these Terms.

3. Earning Rewards

Participants may earn rewards through the purchase of eligible DogHouse Farms products or other lawful activities approved by DogHouse Farms.

Rewards:

  • Do not include free cannabis products

  • Have no cash value

  • Are not transferable or redeemable for cash

  • May not be earned or redeemed in excess of Michigan’s legal purchase limits

4. Redeeming Rewards

Rewards may be redeemed only as discounts on legally purchased cannabis products or for non-cannabis merchandise, and only at participating, Michigan-licensed adult-use cannabis retailers.

Rewards may not be redeemed:

  • Without a qualifying purchase

  • In a manner that exceeds daily purchase limits

  • In violation of applicable state or local laws

All redemptions are subject to product availability and retailer participation.

5. Advertising and Marketing

The Program will not be marketed or promoted in a manner that:

  • Appeals to individuals under 21 years of age

  • Uses cartoons, characters or imagery designed to attract minors

  • Encourages excessive consumption of cannabis

All marketing complies with Michigan Cannabis Regulatory Agency advertising rules.

6. Regulatory Compliance

DogHouse Farms reserves the right to modify, suspend or discontinue the Program at any time to maintain compliance with applicable laws, regulations or guidance issued by the Michigan Cannabis Regulatory Agency or other governing authorities.

7. Communications

By enrolling, you consent to receive transactional and promotional communications from DogHouse Farms, including email and SMS messages where permitted by law. You may opt out of marketing communications at any time. Transactional messages related to your account may still be sent.

8. Account Termination

DogHouse Farms may suspend or terminate your participation at any time for violation of these Terms, suspected fraud or legal or regulatory requirements. Unused rewards are forfeited upon termination.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, DogHouse Farms is not responsible for lost, stolen or unauthorized use of rewards or accounts.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, without regard to conflict of law principles.
